Skyline Axial Bioclimatic
The Skyline Axial Bioclimatic system, with its natural climate-control and ventilation properties, makes your living spaces comfortable in every season. The innovative axial-motion mechanism optimizes airflow and directs sunlight as needed.
Panels can rotate axially up to 105 degrees; the concealed curtain profile prevents unwanted light and wind entry from the outside. Thanks to the excellent water drainage system, ventilation is possible even in rainy weather while panels are at certain angles.
Skyline — providing shading and ventilation simultaneously — offers year-round comfortable use on individual terraces, restaurants/cafés, hotel pool areas and villa pergolas.
Technical Specifications
All profile components used in the system are aluminum.
Aluminum profiles are 6063 – T6 F25 (7580 Brinell Hardness) grade.
Vertical main carriers are 160×160×2.5 mm; horizontal main carriers are 60×246×2.5 mm in size.
Panel profile is 233×456×2 mm in size, designed for axial motion.
Panels rotate axially up to a maximum 105 degrees; shading and ventilation can be done simultaneously.
Thanks to the concealed curtain profile, unwanted light and wind entry from the outside is prevented.
The system's four-sided gutter structure eliminates the need for a slope. The panel's concealed gutter discharges water into the side gutters and column profiles.
Motion options: manual gearbox reducer or tubular-motor axial motion. On motorized versions, wind / rain / sun sensors can be applied.
LED lighting can be applied to all edges; light intensity is adjustable via dimmer control.
Metal accessories go through galvanized coating and electrostatic oven paint processes; aluminum profiles are painted with electrostatic powder-coat technology.
Connection screws are chrome stainless steel. All connection flange elements are detailed concealed.
EPDM gaskets are used for sealing.
2-year automation + 2-year mechanical-parts warranty is provided.
