Insulated Glass Balcony System with Venetian Blinds
The Ultra Insulated & Venetian Blind System is a system designed because heat loss occurs in the enclosed space when standard folding glass systems close. Thermal, acoustic and water insulation have been the primary considerations. The thermally insulated glass combination uses 4+22+4 double-side tempered glass.
An aluminum spacer bar is used at the joining point of the two panes. At each glass joint, a double-sided wool seal attached to the aluminum components is used. It is an ideal product for those who want to convert their balcony into a room.
The Ultra Insulated & Venetian Blind System has been designed at WINPERAX R&D with customer satisfaction, quality and easy installation in mind. The profile design and registration are patented and certified by TPE (Turkish Patent Institute).
The system width can be used up to 1100 cm, and the system height up to a maximum of 300 cm. The recommended height is 250 cm.
Each leaf has 4 wheels and 8 bearings. Because the load is distributed equally across each bearing, the system moves very smoothly.
It is a product that can operate from both the lower and upper rails. The bottom frame uses WINPERAX's proprietary gutter system design and is rainproof.
For locations with heavy wind exposure, a 4+23+6 mm double-side tempered insulated glass system can also be used.
The reason for designing the 22 mm gap between the two glass panes is to enable the Venetian blind system. The system is effectively a combined insulated-glass and Venetian-blind system.
All accessories of the system are produced in our own factory on our CNC machines.
