Zip Curtain
The Zip Curtain system is a motorized outdoor screen solution with screen fabric that travels vertically between aluminum tracks. Thanks to its sleek, space-saving design, it provides modern shading on villa terraces and outdoor areas of cafés and restaurants.
Its high-quality screen fabric is resistant to wind, rain and snow; it blocks UV rays for indoor comfort while preserving the view through the fabric.
With a CE-certified motor and remote control, up/down travel is easy to operate, and the system can be integrated into smart-home and automation systems. The bottom rail weight and motor support keep the screen surface taut and flat.
Technical Specifications
The system uses screen fabric and a CE-certified, remote-controlled motor.
Maximum producible width is 450 cm; minimum width is 100 cm.
Vertical track profiles are 49×49 mm, produced from 6060 hydro-grade aluminum.
The motor housing profile is 110×110 mm, 6060 hydro-grade aluminum.
The bottom rail profile is 50×40 mm, 6060 hydro-grade aluminum, and keeps the screen taut.
Up/down vertical travel is provided by the motor combined with the bottom rail weight; the screen surface stays smooth and taut.
All aluminum profiles are coated with electrostatic powder paint and can be applied in any desired color.
The screen fabric is resistant to wind, snow and rain, blocks UV rays and provides indoor comfort.
A 2-year warranty is offered on mechanical parts, automation and paint.
